These terms apply to anyone visiting or using art.williamzea.com (the "Site"), operated by William Zea (the "Artist"). By browsing the Site you accept these terms.
This Site is a portfolio of original artwork; it is not an online store with automatic checkout. Prices are not published here: any inquiry about availability, reservation or purchase is arranged directly via WhatsApp, email or the other channels listed under Contact.
Once a purchase or reservation is agreed through those channels, the Artist will confirm availability, payment method and delivery or shipping terms directly with the buyer. These terms do not replace what is specifically agreed in that conversation.
Reasonable care is taken so that the photographs, measurements, medium and other published details faithfully reflect each piece. Minor color variations may occur due to the device screen or the lighting of the photograph compared to the physical piece.
All content on the Site (text, photographs, design, biography) is the property of William Zea and protected by copyright; see the Image License for the specific terms covering use of artwork photographs.
The Site may link to social media (Instagram) or other platforms outside the Artist's control; their use is governed by those platforms' own terms.
The Artist does not guarantee the Site will be free of interruptions or technical errors, and is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, without prejudice to any rights Ecuadorian law grants consumers.
These terms may be updated occasionally; the version published on this page is always the current one. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any questions can be directed to the Site's contact channels.
